David Beckham's Olympic Torch To Be Sold At Auction
An Olympic torch carried by soccer superstar David Beckham ahead of the London 2012 Games this summer (12) is to be auctioned online.
The sportsman delivered the iconic item to the U.K. after attending a handover ceremony in Athens, Greece last month (May12) and used it to light a cauldron at the Royal Navy Air Station Culdrose in Cornwall, England.
The torch has now been put up for sale online - bidding had reached $8,200 (£5,250) as WENN went to press, and the auction ends on 4 July (12).
