Dave Grohl - Dave Grohl Endorses 'Soulful' President Barack Obama For Second Term

Dave Grohl has opened up about his admiration for President Barack Obama in a new interview, enthusing that - though he doesn't know if he's a rocker - the country's first black President "definitely has soul," going on to say he'd back him for a second term in the White House.
The Foo Fighters are currently on a mammoth jaunt around the U.S. before heading to Australia to see out the year following the release of their seventh studio 'Wasted Light.' Speaking to Red Bull magazine Red Bulletin, the charismatic front man was effusive in his praise of Obama, saying "He's got the toughest job on earth," before proffering his fears on a Republican rule, admitting "I would hate to hand the administration over to another party that is just focused on corporation, greed and money. You know, I'm a fun, peace loving guy, but sometimes the right wing gets a little too selfish."
Elsewhere, the 42 year-old revealed his anger at being left off the final version of Michael Jackson's tribute album 'Michael,' despite being attributed in the credits. The album was released last December, with Grohl credited as appearing alongside Lenny Kravitz on 'I Can't Make It Another Day.' Yet the rocker said, "That was messed up actually. Lenny Kravitz - who I only met once - called and asked if I wanted to play drums on a track [I Can't Make It Another Day]. I said, sure, played drums on it and I never heard from them again. On the sleeve notes it says, 'Michael Jackson featuring Lenny Kravitz and Dave Grohl', but they didn't use any of my recordings. Dude, that's not cool!" Fans can read the full interview in the latest Red Bulletin, now available to download from the Red Bull website.
