Dash Open To Jay-z Reconciliation

Hip-hop mogul DAMON DASH has put an end to his longrunning feud with former pal JAY-Z, insisting he would be open to collaborating with the rap superstar in the future.
The pair fell out in 2004 after a number of disagreements regarding Roc-A-Fella Records, the label they co-founded with Kareem 'Biggs' Burke, and Jay-Z went on to take control of the brand and become president of its parent company, Def Jam Records.
The rap superstar has since gone on to achieve legendary status, while Dash has kept a low profile.
But Dash has recently acquired the rights to the Roc-A-Fella brand once more and plans to resurrect the label - and he admits he would have no problems with Jay-Z becoming involved in the project.
Dash tells MTV, "If Jay wanna come through and do something, he can come holla (contact) at me. I ain’t got no beefs with Jay (sic).
"Just off the strength that it’s Roc-A-Fella, I could never tell Jay he can’t be a part of something he helped create... The option should always be there. So the option is there for him. He helped build that. And I don’t hold grudges. I think one of the most important things in evolving is forgiveness. If he did something wrong or if I did something wrong, we’d have to forgive each other, or we’d still be children.”
Jay-Z resigned as president of Def Jam in 2008 and established his own management/publishing venture, Roc Nation, last year (09) after ending his recording contract with Def Jam.
