Dappy Back In Court On Affray Charge
British rapper Dappy will attend court next month (Aug12) over allegations he was involved in a brawl at a filling station.
The N-Dubz star, real name Costadinos Contostavlos, was arrested in February (12), following a bust-up with three strangers in Guildford, England.
The men were said to have been left with "serious facial injuries" after the incident, and Dappy was accused of sparking the bust-up.
He made an appearance at Guildford Magistrates Court on Thursday (19Jul12), and his case was referred to the town's Crown Court for a hearing on 24 August (12).
His three co-defendants - Kieran Vassell, Kalonji Stewart, and Alfred Miller - are also due back in court on the same date.
