Dannii Minogue Alters Eating With Age

Dannii Minogue eats more carbs since turning 40.

The 'Australia's Got Talent' judge reached the milestone age last October and admits she has changed her eating habits to include more bread, rice and pasta now she is getting older because she thinks it will help maintain a youthful look, even if that is at the expense of her slender frame.

She said: ''It's all about eating carbs in your forties. Not so great for the figure, but you have to for your face.''

Dannii is thrilled that her Project D clothing line - which she founded with best friend Tabitha Somerset Webb - is growing further and is very excited about what the future holds for The Firm.

She added to Britain's Glamour magazine: ''I love the business side of it and I'm learning all the time. But it's so time-consuming. We're re-branding at the moment, so we've got lots of exciting stuff on the cards - watch this space.''
