Actress Daniele Watts has been given a week to submit to a Los Angeles jail booking in relation to her charge for misdemeanour lewd conduct.
The Django Unchained star and her boyfriend, Brian James Lucas, were hit with the counts following a police encounter in September (14), when she was allegedly caught in the front seat of her car, straddling her partner with her breasts exposed.
Watts and Lucas were due to be arraigned in court on Thursday (13Nov14), but a judge postponed the date until 8 December (14) to give the couple time to sign a conflict of interest waiver because they plan to share a lawyer, reports the New York Daily News.
The actress and Lucas, who deny the accusations against them, face up to six months behind bars if convicted of the lewd conduct charges.
