Daniel Craig - Daniel Craig too shy for shower scene

Daniel Craig was ''too shy'' to remove his underpants in a 'Skyfall' shower scene.

The British actor - who reprises his role as iconic British spy James Bond in the latest movie in the franchise - only agreed to bare all when his co-star Berenice Marlohe insisted he removed the garments for their intimate scene.

Berenice said: ''He was very shy and when he saw me entering the shower he was like, 'Oh my God.'

''He tried to keep his underpants on for the shower scenes but I said, 'No, come on, don't be shy. I will do anything to make you feel comfortable.' ''

Berenice - who plays Severine in 'Skyfall' - also revealed Daniel enjoyed playing pranks on his co-stars, which include Naomie Harris, Dame Judi Dench and Javier Bardem - but he was too ''afraid'' of her to try any trickery.

She added to The Sun newspaper: ''Daniel didn't do any jokes on me. He was afraid of me. He didn't dare!''

'Skyfall' is released tomorrow (26.10.12).
