Cyrus Banned From Altering Her Looks
Teen superstar MILEY CYRUS' protective dad has already banned her from ever going under the knife to stay looking young.
The Hannah Montana star is only 16, but her father Billy Ray has laid down strict ground rules about altering her looks in any shape or form.
She tells Us Weekly, "My dad won't let me fix my teeth or cut my hair. He loves it. He's like, 'It's you.'"
