Rap group CYPRESS HILL have been hit with a lawsuit by concert music promoter Wavecrest Media over a cancelled performance in 2004. The HITS FROM THE BONGS stars were due to play the Tennessee State Fair, but the 19 September (04) show was cancelled when Hurricane Ivan struck. And lawyers representing Wavecrest Media claim Cypress Hill failed to return a $150,000 (GBP77,000) deposit, reports AllHipHop.com.
