Shane Warne - Cyclist Drops Shane Warne Lawsuit

Former cricket ace Shane Warne has escaped a courtroom clash with a cyclist following a road crash between the pair earlier this year (12).

Warne, who is engaged to British actress/model Elizabeth Hurley, was hit with legal action by Mathew Hollingsworth, who wanted his $1,651 (£1,031) bicycle repair bill settled after a collision with the star's car.

However, the case will not proceed as Hollingsworth has decided not to pursue his lawsuit following the incident in Melbourne, Australia in January, according to the country's Herald Sun newspaper.
