Cryer Settles Child Support Battle With Ex-wife
The Two And A Half Men star has primary custody of their nine-year-old son Charlie and filed court papers requesting a judge to dismiss his monthly support costs of $8,000 (£5,335).
The former couple attended a hearing in a California court on Monday (10May10), when the case was settled.
The details of the outcome have been sealed by the presiding judge and therefore not released to the press, however Trigger's lawyer tells TMZ.com, "We're relieved it's over."
Cryer and Trigger divorced in 2004 after five years of marriage.
