31 August 2012The hip-hop star was convicted of felony murder and armed robbery, among other charges, in 2009 stemming from his involvement in a 2007 New Jersey hotel incident, which left one victim dead.
Max B, real name Charly Wingate, was sentenced to 75 years behind bars for the crime but he hired a new legal team and was granted an appeal.
However, New Jersey's Superior Court Appellate Division panel upheld the rapper's convictions and sentences Thursday.
