Country Singer Wayne Scott Killed In Car Accident

Country singer Wayne Scott has been killed in a car accident in Kentucky.
The 77 year old was driving down the road in Corbin on Friday (25Nov11) when he ran a red light and struck a tractor-trailer.
Wayne's musician son, Darrell Scott, announced the tragic news on his official website and posted a touching, personal tribute to his dad over the weekend (26-27Nov11).
The poem reads, "My father died this morning... helicoptered to trauma center... his end begun & ended all in 4 hours... i feel certain he was listening to music."
Wayne Scott released his first and final album, This Weary Way, in 2005.
