Conrad Murray - Conrad Murray Ordered To Testify In Michael Jackson's Wrongful Death Suit

In 2010, the tragic star's mum, Katherine Jackson, filed a lawsuit against chiefs at Aeg, the company behind her son's doomed comeback shows in London, claiming they were negligent in ignoring life-threatening health concerns that were going on behind closed doors at the Thriller hitmaker's rented Los Angeles mansion.

Now a U.S. judge has agreed to let Murray testify in the case following comments he made about a handful of concert promoters, and the King of Pop in a Tv documentary that aired in America just before he was jailed.

The disgraced medic claimed Aeg owned "the toilet paper he (Jackson) wipes his a** with" and "the f**kin' popsicles that his children are sucking on". He also stated that promoters had placed a great deal of pressure on his weak patient, adding they told him, "if he doesn't get the show done he's over."

Jackson died shortly before the first of a run of This Is It concerts was scheduled to hit the stage in London.

The jailed physician, who was convicted of involuntary manslaughter for administering the fatal dose of Propofol which cost Jackson his life in June, 2009, is set to take the stand next month (Mar13), according to Tmz.com.

Murray originally fought the call to testify, but he has been subpoenaed to appear in court.

Jackson's mother hopes Murray's testimony will help her convince a jury that Aeg bosses played a part in her son's demise by hiring the reckless doctor to care for him.
