GEORGE CLOONEY's new Italian girlfriend is baring all in the new issue of U.S. Playboy.
Model and TV presenter Elisabetta Canalis has been dating Clooney since the summer (09), and now lusty men can see just what the movie star sees in his sexy belle.
Canalis pouts while wearing a drenched, see-through dress, which exposes a naked breast and her butt.
Playboy dubs her, "The hottest beauty from the most exquisite of countries."
