British actor Clive Mantle is facing three operations after a thug bit off part of his ear during a fight at a hotel in Newcastle, England on Sunday (24Mar13).
The Game of Thrones star was allegedly viciously attacked after he asked two men at a hotel to be quiet in the early hours of the morning.
He was taken to the local Royal Victoria Infirmary, where surgeons managed to reattach part of his right ear, and he is now facing a string of procedures to repair the damage.
His agent Bryn Newton says, "He's shaken up. Right now he wants to get his ear back to normal.
"He's got to have about three operations on it. It's a dreadful thing. The ear will have to be rebuilt to save it. That's what he's seeing a specialist about."
