Church Feared Heart Attack Over Henson's Exercise Plan
Welsh singer CHARLOTTE CHURCH regrets roping in her rugby star beau GAVIN HENSON to help her lose weight - his punishing exercise regime left her fearing a heart attack.
The star has slimmed down since giving birth to her son Dexter last year (Jan10), shedding more than 56 pounds (25 kilograms).
Church puts her new look down to a healthy diet - because she couldn't keep up with the exercise plan Henson devised for her.
She tells Britain's Sunday Mirror, "I certainly haven't embarked on some great exercise regime to get slim. Exercise is alien to me and I don't like doing it.
"Gavin took me out on a couple of training runs but it was way too much for me. I told him I'd have a heart attack if I carried on so I stopped. I should have realised that it would be a mistake. They may be great for a rugby player but they left me feeling absolutely knackered (tired)."
