Christian Dior will take over Harrods this spring.
The London department store will be transformed into a tribute to the French fashion house later this month when it debuts new displays, exhibitions and in-store activity dedicated to the label.
Windows in the Brompton Road shop will hold Dior's favoured colour palette of white and grey to create a ''French Savior Fair and British charm'' theme, featuring London telephone and post boxes, limited edition products and Royal Beefeaters in costumes designed by Creative Director Raf Simons.
Signey Toledano, president and CEO of Christian Dior, enthused: ''Like the house of Dior, Harrods is reputed for astounding and satisfying its elegant women all over the world.
''The inspired collaboration with Harrods not only draws attention to Monsieur Dior's relationship with the fabled department store but also affirms the house of Dior's continued high standards via creation and discernment.''
In addition to the window displays, Harrods' fourth floor will turn into ''the ultimate Dior experience'' for customers. They will be able to experience the façade of the Paris Dior headquarters on 30 Avenue Montaigne, recreated for the occasion, and enjoy different displays varying from Lady Dior handbags to their iconic perfume J'Adore.
An exhibition called Stars in Dior will feature dresses worn by the female faces of the brand, including Emma Watson, Marion Cotillard and new-addition Jennifer Lawrence.
Café Dior pop-up restaurant will serve dishes reflective of Monsieur Dior's taste in food, including lobster club sandwiches to Dior cupcakes.
Marigay McKee, chief merchant at Harrods, added: ''We are thrilled to be partnering with Dior, one of our most successful global luxury brands on such an exciting venture.
''Highlights of this exclusive initiative include a unique exhibition that takes you on a fascinating journey, unveiling intricate details of Dior's rich heritage.''
The Harrods Dior takeover will run from March 16 to April 14 2013.
