Actor Chris Pratt is indulging in a diet of junk food to pile on the pounds for a new film role.

Anna Faris' funnyman husband is aiming to weigh a massive 300 pounds (136 kilograms) by November (12) for his role in upcoming comedy Starbuck.

Pratt has been slurping back high-calorie shakes and eating burgers to hit his weighty goal.

He tell UsMagazine.com, "This is what 275 (pounds) looks like. All man right here. If I just keep eating I can maintain a buzz, like a sugar food buzz. But if I'm in the background of a scene, I'm definitely sitting. I will hit a couple of burgers like it's laced with crack cocaine."
