Chris Pine finds it difficult to get a girlfriend.

The 'Star Trek' actor is currently single and though he considers himself romantic, admits he finds it hard to find the time to woo women.

He said: "It's very hard to have a girlfriend with this job.

"When I get a part, I jump down what I call the rabbit hole. I'm in the zone, trying to figure out a character and I have a hard time being able to balance my work with romance.

"That's not to say I'm not romantic. How can you be involve din storytelling and not be some kind of romantic. And it's not to say that if the right girl presented herself, it wouldn't be lovely.

"I'd like to Settle down one day. But not now."

Despite his devotion to work, Chris insists he always finds the time to relax.

He told Glamour magazine: "I do party sometimes. Hollywood is fun for nightclubs.

"People get dressed up, the women are beautiful, and you know the guy who can get you a table. To live that a little bit is fun."
