Chris O'dowd - Chris O'Dowd can't resist his wife's curves

Chris O'Dowd ''loves'' Dawn O'Porter's curves.

The 'Bridesmaids' actor is crazy about his wife's body and the 34-year-old brunette admits she's happy about marrying later in life, as she felt more mature and ready for a long-term relationship.

She said: ''I've never had really bad body insecurities and I'm very lucky to have a wonderful husband who loves my curves.

''I'm really glad I met Chris when I turned 30. Your 20s are all about finding yourself and dating and exploring who you are. Had I met Chris when I was younger, I don't think it would have worked.

''I was in the right place for a serious romance when I met him.''

Although the couple have mingled with A-list stars following Chris' success in the 2011 comedy film, Dawn didn't immediately take to the celebrity lifestyle and found it ''weird'' to see her then-boyfriend so in demand.

She added to Closer magazine: ''I used to hate being on the red carpet with Chris. I felt so uncomfortable and it was weird for me. Chris' Hollywood fame happened so quickly and it's weird to be at events that have nothing to do with you.

''He'd get whisked off for pictures and interviews and I'd stand there feeling like a spare part. But it just took time to get used to it, remove my ego from the situation and accept it's OK to just be there for Chris.

''Now we have an amazing time together and enjoy getting the best invites in town!''
