Chris Jericho Is Voted Off Dancing With The Stars

Chris Jericho has been voted off 'Dancing With The Stars'.

The wrestler - who is known for his time in WWE - scored 22 out of 30 with his partner Cheryl Burke for their tango routine, which saw them in the bottom two along with 'Karate Kid' actor Ralph Macchio.

Ralph lived to dance another day and he will perform two dances in next week's show, as will the remaining celebrity contestants Kirstie Alley, Chelsea Kane, Kendra Wilkinson and Romeo.

But Chris was able to hold his head up high after his stint in the show.

He said: "I'm proud of all the dances we did and I'm proud to show that a WWE guy and a rock 'n' roll singer can go this far and do this.

"Let's be honest: It wasn't my best dance, and at this point in the competition, you have to be your best every week or this is what happens."

Chris praised his professional dancing partner Cheryl, adding: "The only reason I got this far is because of Cheryl. ... She's a great friend, a friend for life."

And he tried to turn his elimination into something positive by joking that he needed the time off to attend Prince William and Kate Middleton's wedding on Friday (29.04.11).

He added: "It's actually good timing that I got eliminated because I have to fly over to England for the Royal Wedding."
