Chris Hemsworth Was Apprehensive Avengers Role
The actor admits he wasn't sure about taking on the role of Thor in the superhero ensemble movie because there were so many big names in it.
Speaking about the movie - which also stars Robert Downey Jr. (Iron Man), Mark Ruffalo (Hulk), Scarlett Johansson (Black Widow), Chris Evans (Captain America) and Tom Hiddleston (Loki) - said: ''I kept getting asked beforehand who was going to be the biggest diva and who was going to manage all the egos.''
However, Chris had nothing to worry about and says everyone got on great as they were all there to make the best movie possible.
He said: ''I hadn't worked with any of the guys before and it was great. I don't know if they're normally like that but everyone was well behaved. There were no big egos. I think The Days of that sort of attitude are gone because films nowadays rely a lot more on concept than on individual stars and it keeps everyone in check.
''The movie is about teamwork and because each of us had done our individual films, we had a strong idea of who the characters were, so all we had to do was put the pieces together rather than work out what our solo Journey was. It was much easier than sharing the load.''
