Childish Biopic Endangered By Emin Threat To Sue

A biopic of BILLY CHILDISH is being hampered by the cult rocker's former artist girlfriend Tracey Emin, who has threatened legal action if the movie gets made.
Controversial director Larry Clark is keen to make a film about the British singer - real name STEVEN HAMPER - but is shocked Emin wants no details of their five-year relationship mentioned.
Clark says, "I'd like to film it. Apparently, Emin called Billy and said that if the film ever gets made she'll sue him. This is a woman who is not only an artist but is famous for a tent covered in the names of people she slept with - including Billy's!"
Childish and Emin were a couple between 1982 and 1987.
