Cheryl Cole Surprises Girls Aloud Bandmate Walsh At Final Shrek Performance
British singer Cheryl Cole surprised her Girls Aloud bandmate Kimberley Walsh on Monday night (21May12) by flying to London from the Cannes Film Festival in France to watch her pal's last performance in Shrek The Musical.
Walsh has been playing Princess Fiona in the production since she replaced Amanda Holden last October (11), but took to the stage for the final time on Monday.
And Cole, along with fellow Girls Aloud stars Sarah Harding and Nicola Roberts, made sure they were in the audience to support their friend.
In a post on her Twitter.com page, the Fight for This Love hitmaker writes, "I am SO proud of KimberleyJWalsh... How can u love someone so much."
Walsh added, "I love ShrekLondon and will miss you all so much! Such an amazing night. Going to sleep very thankful for all the amazing people I have in me life."
