Charvet Sues Agent Over $100,000 Loan
Former Baywatch star David Charvet is suing his agent over allegations the representative failed to pay back a $100,000 (£66,666) loan.
The TV actor filed a lawsuit at Los Angeles County Superior Court on Monday (03Jan11) claiming he handed Tom Chasin the amount last June (10) on the promise it would be paid back in full by December (10).
But Charvet states the agreed payback date came and went and he is yet to see any of the money, according to TMZ.com.
He is demanding the $100,000 plus any interest the amount would have accrued.
