Charlie Sheen - Charlie Sheen Threatens Legal Action Over Hotel Trashing Rumour

A furious Charlie Sheen is vehemently refuting a report that he reverted back to his 'winning' ways again and became engaged in yet another drug-fuelled bender in which he allegedly destroyed his suite at Manhattan's Ritz-Carlton Hotel last weekend.

In fact, the star of new sitcom Anger Management is so peeved that he has promised to sue over it and is currently plotting with his legal team to get to the bottom of the case.

Sheen has continually contested the claim, stating that he spent a relatively quiet evening with his ex-wife, Denise Richards, and their two daughters, 8-year-old Sam and 6-year-old Lola. On said night, he has insisted that he wasn't even at the hotel with his so-called host of female escorts at the time of the supposed event; instead he and his family were taking in a baseball game on the Friday night.

At the red carpet screening of the premiere of Charlie's new FX comedy, his rep Larry Solters told E! News that Charlie has now taken a vow of silence against US Weekly, the tabloid that 'broke' the story, as he holds them equally as responsible for spreading the rumour as the tipster is.
