Hip-hop outcasts the Insane Clown Posse organise the festival each year, in which likeminded rock fans gather to enjoy four days of live music and performance. While attendance in 2010 was down, the event attracted some 20,000 fans for its tenth anniversary celebration in 2009. Speaking on his Twitter page after being announced, Sheen told followers, "Heading to the Insane Clown Posse's 12th Annual Gathering Of The Juggalos!! 8/13/11 Why..? Cause I'm down with the clown. Whoop!! Whoop!!" The Insane Clown Posse quickly replied, tweeting, "We are so f*ckin' excited to add Charlie Sheen to the arsenal that we are assembling to blow minds and flip wigs".

Charlie Sheen's hopes to return to television in a sitcom based on the Jack Nicholson comedy 'Anger Management', in which he would play a variation of Nicholson's character, according to TheWrap. Joe Roth's Revolution Studios is currently in negotiations with Lionsgate regarding the project.
