Charlie Sheen - Charlie Sheen "MIT Archaeologist" Hunts The Loch Ness Monster - Unsuccessfully
Charlie Sheen went in search of the Loch Ness Monster (Nessie) whilst on a flying visit to Scotland. Staying overnight at an ancient Castle, the Anger Management' star kept his temper and was a "perfect guest".
Charlie Sheen went in hunt of the Loch Ness Monster on a recent trip to Scotland. The actor flew into the country for just one day (4th July) specifically to track down Nessie.

Sheen flew to Scotland for a single night and jumped in a boat the minute he arrived at Loch Ness, according to The Sun. He visited the Scottish Loch with his friends Brian Pekk and Todd Zeile (TMZ reported).
Sheen tweeted a picture of himself, with his friend Pekk, wearing a Bronze helmet adding "once again MIT grant sanctioned archaeologists Pekk & Sheen, rig battle gear for tonight's sortie on the Loch Ness."

This MIT (Massachusetts Institute of Technology - one of the US' top universities) business seems to be a long running joke between Sheen and his friend Brian Pekk. In another Tweet from June 18th Sheen jokes about discovering an ancient kitchen with his "MIT sanctioned archaeologist friend"

Sightings of the elusive mythical creature have gone on for almost a century. Unfortunately, it seems Sheen was unable to find it as he returned to the States after staying only one night in Aldourie Castle.
Sheen has a habit of loutish and fairly rude behaviour. Whilst staying at Aldourie, Sheen did not live up to his reputation as, Lavinia Turner the castle's manager, said the Anger Management star's behaviour was impeccable.
Turner said "Mr Sheen and his party were perfect guests and thoroughly enjoyed their trip to Scotland and Loch Ness. She went on to say "they had a wonderful and relaxing time but unfortunately didn't see any sign of Nessie although I'm sure they'll be back in the future to try again."
