Charles Worthington says Sarah Jessica Parker was a dream to work with.

The iconic hairdresser styled the 'Sex and the City' star's hair for last night's (10.02.13) EE BAFTAs and loved teaming up with her because she was so lovely and he was really pleased with the look they achieved.

He exclusively told BANG Showbiz: ''Working with Sarah Jessica Parker was amazing, she's so lovely and down-to-earth.

''She's known for her big curly hair so I wanted to do something different and I was really pleased with how it turned out as it was really sleek and went so well with her jumpsuit.''

However, Charles - who also styled the tresses of Alice Eve, Emilia Fox and Jessica Raine for the prestigious event - admits he was terrified Sarah's locks would be ruined by the rain and snow which had descended on London as the stars walked the red carpet.

He said: ''The weather was awful and I was worried the hair styles would get ruined, especially Sarah Jessica Parker's because she has naturally wavy hair and we had done it straight. But thankfully it had the right products on and it managed to hold.''
