Actor CHAD LOWE is a dad - his girlfriend KIM PAINTER has given birth to a baby girl.
The little girl, called Mabel, was born on Saturday (16May09).
Lowe started dating Painter two years ago (07) after splitting from his wife Hilary Swank.
