Chad Johnson Sued For $130,000
In documents filed in Broward County, Florida earlier this month (Aug12), Jacinth Preston alleges Johnson, formerly known as Chad Ochocinco, has not paid him for managing services at his Florida home including "cleaners, landscaping, (and) decorating".
The documents state the former Miami Dolphins player's home could be foreclosed if the money is not paid, according to Tmz.com.
It is the latest in a string of problems for Johnson, who was arrested on suspicion of domestic violence in Miami, Florida earlier this month (Aug12) after he allegedly headbutted new wife Evelyn Lozada. He was later dropped from his team and lost his VH1 reality show as a result of the arrest. Lozada issued him with divorce papers following the incident.
