George Hamilton - Celebrities Speed Date George

The 'I'm A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!' contestants each had a speed date with George Hamilton yesterday (28.11.09).

Former 'Dynasty' actor George – who once claimed he had enjoyed more dates than anyone else in Hollywood - was given three minutes with each of the other contestants, before casting his verdict on each.

Reading out the challenge to the camp mates, TV presenter Kim Woodburn said: "Today you'll all be learning from the master. Each celebrity will be assessed on the following criteria; sparkling conversation, attentiveness and charm."

70-year-old lothario George first met ex-boxer Joe Bugner, who tried to woo him with a direct approach, telling him he is a "cheapskate".

Chef Gino D'Acampo said he'd cook for the actor, while snooker player Jimmy white tried a few jokes to break the ice.

He said: "I paid 25 dollars at the door and they said there was a beautiful girl in here."

Afterward George picked Joe as his favourite, but also praised Jimmy's "beguiling charm" as well as describing ex-girl group singer Sabrina Washingon as "alluring".
