Carmen Electra has been spotted kissing Olympian Ryan Lochte.

The former 'Baywatch' babe has sparked speculation she is dating the US swimmer after they were seen embracing during a night out at Bootsy Bellows in Hollywood on Tuesday night (05.03.13), after meeting earlier in the day while he was filming his reality show 'What Would Ryan Lochte Do?'.

An eyewitness told E!: ''They were in a booth together and he had his arm around her and they were kissing on the lips. At one point, they were standing up and kissing and everyone saw them.

''They did not leave together, and I am not sure if they will see each other again. But they have been tweeting and Instagraming back and forth.''

The 40-year-old beauty - who recently ended her romance with Simon Cowell - and the 28-year-old hunk were introduced as the brunette star was his first crush when he was younger.

A source added: ''They are both single and having fun and it was very flirty.

''She was his first crush and so I think that's why they were introduced. They hit it off straight away and decided to hang out that night.''

After their night out, Carmen took to her Twitter account to thank Ryan for their evening.

She wrote: ''So nice to meet u. JEAH!!! @RyanLochte (sic)''

In July, Ryan said: ''By far, still my all-time favorite to this day is Carmen Electra. I don't even know why, I see her and I'm just like, 'Woah!'''
