Mariah Carey is returning to the stage this week (begs27Feb12) to perform her first concert since becoming a mother to twins last year (11).
The pop superstar will headline a free, intimate show at New York's Gotham Hall on Thursday (01Mar12) as part of a Plot Your Escape promo.
Carey will be supported by rap mogul Sean 'Diddy' Combs in the Big Apple, while Maroon 5 will play a simultaneous concert in Chicago, Illinois, and Gavin DeGraw will perform in New Orleans, Louisiana.
There will also be a concert in Los Angeles, but the line-up for that show has yet to be revealed.
Only 50 tickets have been made available to the public for each gig, which will air on U.S. talk show Jimmy Kimmel Live!.
Carey's last live performances took place in late 2010. She gave birth to boy and girl twins Moroccan and Monroe in April, 2011.
