Carey Doesn't Want Pals Guessing Her Baby's Sex

In a taped appearance on Ellen DeGeneres' daytime show, the singer refused to let the host pick a sex.

When DeGeneres asked Carey if she could use a tried and tested method to guess whether the star was pregnant with a boy or girl, the Hero singer replied, "I would prefer not, because imagine if you're a baby inside someone's body. Do you really want someone imposing their sex ideas on you? Not really?

"I'm just saying, would you want them to be like, 'It's definitely a girl' (if it's a boy)?"
