Camille Grammer - Camille Grammer Locked In Primary Custody Battle

In the court documents obtained by Tmz.com, Camille claims 56-year-old Kelsey is only seeking primary custody for the "media attention" and his filing was undertaken "in order to create a false impression to the media and to wrongfully disparage". Camille also notes that the pair cannot arrive at an agreement concerning summer visitation, with Kelsey living in Chicago with his new wife Kayte Walsh. Camille is reluctant for the children to stray too far from their home in California. Their son Jude has repeated kindergarten twice and is required to do work with his tutors in order to enter first grade. Daughter Mason wants to attend a summer camp in Los Angeles, according to the court documents. A source close to Camille told People Magazine, "She will continue to fight aggressively to keep her kids and keep her kids together. Kelsey's not been civil. [Camille] has tried to reach out without lawyers on multiple occasions and been rebuffed".

Camille Grammer and 'Frasier' star Kelsey were married for 13 years before they finalized their divorce in February 2011.
