Burstyn To Play Weaver's Mum In Tv Mini-series
Ellen Burstyn will play Sigourney Weaver's mother in upcoming TV mini-series Political Animals.
The Alien star will play a former First Lady and current Secretary of State, who is struggling with her divorce and the fact she missed out on a presidential bid.
Jimmy Wolk and Gossip Girl's Sebastian Stan will play her character's sons - one her Chief of Staff and the other a drug abuser.
According to CinemaBlend.com, Burstyn's character, Margaret Barrish, is a former Las Vegas showgirl.
