Brooke Mueller - Brooke Mueller Wants To Ban Video Streaming From Court Arraignment

The troubled reality TV star was arrested on suspicion of third degree assault and drug possession in Aspen, Colorado, following a scuffle at a nightclub on 2 December (11). She was also booked on possession of cocaine with intent to distribute.

She was due to answer to the counts on Monday (19Dec11), but the Aspen District Attorney delayed the court date until 23 January (12).

Now a lawyer for Mueller, who is currently enrolled in a rehabilitation programme, has filed a request asking the Colorado judge overseeing the case to prevent the court proceedings from being aired live on websites like Tmz.com.

The legal rep claims video footage of the hearing would "unduly detract from the solemnity, decorum and dignity of the court".
