A judge has granted Brook Kerr a restraining order to keep the actress' estranged husband away from her.
The Passions star separated from Christopher Warren in 2009 after 17 years of marriage, and recently began legal proceedings in Los Angeles to finalise the split.
It has now emerged Warren has been ordered to stay at least 100 yards (300 feet) away from Kerr and the couple's 22-year-old son, High School Musical actor Chris Warren, Jr.
A temporary restraining order was granted after Kerr accused her former partner of harassment and of moving back into her home without permission, according to Tmz.com.
The case will go back to court next month (Jan13) when a judge will decide whether to extend the temporary order.
The actor says he isn't "holding out for more money or doing anything like that".
The drama will be making its return to the streaming service in the near future.
