British royal Princess Eugenie donned a traditional cap and gown as she graduated from university on Wednesday (11Jul12).
The 22 year old, who is Queen Elizabeth II's granddaughter and sixth in line to the throne, beamed with delight as she received her diploma in English literature and history of art from Britain's Newcastle University.
She says, "I am so proud. Being in Newcastle is just amazing. I had so much fun."
In a statement, her parents, Sarah Ferguson, the Duchess of York, and Prince Andrew, write, "Eugenie has worked incredibly hard to achieve this excellent result, and we are immensely proud of what she has done."
