Brett Anderson - Brett Anderson To Play Charity Concert

Suede's Brett Anderson and British Dj Fatboy Slim have signed up to play a series of gigs to raise money to help fight poverty.
The stars will be joined by Patrick Wolf and former Busted rocker Charlie Simpson at a set of Oxjam gigs, which are held in Oxfam charity shops in London.
The one-off shows will take place in a store, to be revealed the week before each date, where second-hand records will be sold in the daytime and a gig will be held in the evening.
Anderson says, "In the early Nineties, Suede bought most of their clothes in Oxfam shops. It was always somewhere you could find cheap, interesting old things that no one else had and for a few years it pretty much defined our style, so I feel a massive sense of homecoming with the Oxjam gig.
"The Oxfam shop is a great British institution that no high street should be without, and the Oxjam gigs are an extension of this blend of philanthropy and off-beat style."
The concerts will take place later this month (Sep11).
