The former Nba player was butchering Boyz II Men ballad End of the Road onstage at Lucky B's in Raleigh earlier this week (begs27Aug12) as part of a fundraiser evening for the annual Jimmy V Celebrity Golf Classic.

The crowd laughed and jeered as Barkley struggled to hit the high notes, with one member of the audience even shouting, "You're terrible!"

However, Boyz II Men saved his performance - fans gasped as two members of the group jumped onstage and picked up microphones to finish their hit.

In fan footage of the incident, Barkley puts his arms around the duo as they lead a sing-along with the crowd.
