Kate Bosworth - Bosworth 'Just Friends' With Skarsgard

KATE BOSWORTH has laughed off reports she is cosying up to TRUE BLOOD star ALEXANDER SKARSGARD, insisting she is "just good friends" with the TV hunk.

The pair is currently shooting a remake of 1971 classic Straw Dogs in Louisiana, and attended a Britney Spears show in Bossier City on Saturday (19Sep09), sparking rumours they are dating.

A concert-goer told JustJared.com, "They were holding hands. It seemed like they were together."

But Bosworth's representative is adamant the co-stars are just pals, telling the website: "The whole cast was together at the concert. They are just good friends. Nothing more."

Skarsgard was recently romantically linked to Marilyn Manson's ex-girlfriend, Evan Rachel Wood.
