Borland Defends Limp Bizkit Reunion

WES BORLAND has defended his decision to rejoin rockers LIMP BIZKIT - just a week after he slammed the band and vowed never to perform with them again.
Borland joined frontman Fred Durst to unveil the reunion at a press conference last week (12Feb09). The pair revealed they would be working on a new album, ending an eight year hiatus.
The move angered some fans, because it came just six days after Borland attacked comeback plans and took a swipe at Durst's songwriting skills - insisting he has more freedom with his current band Black Light Burns.
But Borland insists he changed his mind about rejoining Limp Bizkit, after deciding he had unfinished business with the Rollin' rockers.
He says, So I just log into the (Limp Bizkit) site and everybody is talking s**t about me. Thats alright. Think what you want, but we are back, all five of us.. And were gonna kill it, so start making some progress towards getting over it."
Borland also insists he has patched up his rift with Durst, adding, "Fred and I are all good again. Period."
And he reassures fans that he'll continue to perform and record with Back Light Burns, saying, I want to assure everyone that this band had a lot left to do and the best is yet to come. We have a record to find a home for this year and as soon as we do, we are putting it out and suiting back up for more. Thanks again, and we will continue to update you here throughout 2009 with news as always.
