Bone Thugs-n-harmony Sued By Collaborator

Rappers BONE THUGS-N-HARMONY are facing a legal battle from a woman seeking royalties for her contributions to one of their albums.
Kamilha Greer is suing the group, along with Thug Records and Ruthless Records, over allegations she has yet to receive payment for her work on the 1998 release Mo Thugs Family Scripture Chapter II: Family Reunion.
The rappers recruited various musicians and acquaintances to record under the name Mo Thugs Family, and Greer insists she contributed lyrics to four songs on the disc, including lead single Ghetto Cowboys, which hit number one on the U.S. rap charts.
She is seeking $22.5 million (£1.7 million) in damages and court costs, citing breach of contract, negligence and fraud in her lawsuit, reports
Tha Crossroads hitmakers are also fighting a suit from bosses at music publishing firm Songster, who accused the stars last month (Jul09) of ripping off a 1970s song in their 2007 single I Tried.
