Bon Iver Named Worst Hipster Act
Acclaimed folk rockers Bon Iver have been named and shamed in a new magazine poll to find the Worst Hipster Act.
Singer/songwriter Justin Vernon's group top the new LA Weekly list - ahead of Tune-Yards and Arcade Fire.
Bright Eyes and Grizzly Bear round out the top five, and MGMT, fun., The Decemberists, Sleigh Bells and The Black Keys also make the top 20.
The magazine's editors describe hipster acts as those performing "retro garage and soul music" and dressed in "vintage garb likely infested with lice".
