Bollea's Auto Negligence Civil Trial Set For 2010

Nick Bollea was freed from Florida's Pinellas County Jail in October (08) after serving 166 days of an eight month prison sentence for his part in the high speed collision that left John Graziano with permanent brain injuries.

Graziano's family filed an auto negligence civil lawsuit against Nick, his wrestler dad Hogan, real name Terry Bollea, his mother Linda Bollea and friend Daniel Jacob in March (09), alleging they were negligent in the acts leading up to Graziano's injury.

The family is seeking unspecified damages in the suit.

Pinellas-Pasco Circuit Judge W. Douglas Baird ruled on Monday (13Apr09) he will clear three weeks from his calendar in March 2010 to preside over the trial if the parties are unable to settle the case before that date.
