Womack wrote "It's All Over Now", not "The Last Time". "The Last Time" was the first hit the Stones wrote for themselves, though the chorus is lifted from an arrangement of a traditional gospel song by the Staple Singers.
All I hear is massive jealousy here. How did Elvis steal anything? I never understand this ridiculous debate. Elvis simply did what he learned growing up with music.
