Like a tatoo is a way to pay tribute to a loved one! Why doesn't she get off drugs, for example, or do something creative and constructive for her and her life. Or strenghen the family bonding with her grandmother. That's a much better way to pay tribute to her mother, not with a stupid tatoo. That only shows the kind of mentality she grew up with!
